TCABS-E Administration is broadly divided into the executive committee which is in-charge of decision making and the steering committee which is in-charge of implementation of decisions made by the founder and executive committee. Both the executive and steering committees are headed by the founder, Dr. Ravikiran S. Yedidi who makes final decisions and can override any decisions made by the committees if needed. Both the executive and steering committees oversee all the departments within TCABS-E.
